DEMETRIOS A. BOUTRIS is the founder and President of BGI. He is a corporate governance and regulatory
expert, real estate developer, sits on corporate and public service boards, and is a commentator on
business, economic and public policy issues.
Mr. Boutris sits on the Board of Directors of Wedbush Morgan Securities, a broker/dealer, investment bank
and financial services firm -- where he Chairs its Governance & Nominating Committee. He is a member of
the Pacific Council on International Policy, a Council on Foreign Relations partner.

Mr. Boutris is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and the University of California, Berkeley (Economics,
Phi Beta Kappa). He is married to Aurelia Mika Chang, a concert pianist, and they have two sons.
