issues.
Mr. Boutris sits on the Board of Directors of Virgin Charter, a Richard Branson company, and of Wedbush
Morgan Securities, a broker/dealer, investment bank and financial services firm -- where he Chairs its
Governance & Nominating Committee. He is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy, a
Council on Foreign Relations partner.
